The Dog Treat Company - God Save The Corgi 40g pouch

What dog doesn't love treats and especially this time of year. Rex loves treats and they seem to really help with his focus when training him. Rex was kindly sent some lovely festive treats and a mixed bag to try from the lovely people at The Dog Treat Company.
I am always excited to work with new brands and Rex enjoys trying out new treats because he is a massive foodie.
When looking for treats for Rex I prefer to know what is going in them and to make sure they are free from colourings and other added nasties. The Dog Treat Company our an all natural dog treat company who are massive animal lovers. They also strive themselves in producing high quality natural dog treats with no traces of meat meal or added sugar or salt. The Dog Treat Company our based in Devon and use only free range liver and eggs in their treats along with herbs that are free from GMO.

I was very excited when opening the box to see the lovely resealable pouches with fun fazes and cute pictures of pups on the labels. These treats are all wheat free and low calorie which is fantastic if you are training and worried about your pup indulging.
They also have the ingredients on the back and a treat guide to ensure your pup gets the right amount per day for their age.

Rex is really enjoying the pouches and they are very generous with the amount of treats per pack. Rex has been having these treats while learning tricks and after meals. We allow a few per day and the Take My Dog Breathe away are perfect for after meals with Liver, Coconut oil and Parsley which help with freshening breathe and digestion.

We also love the Fabulous Fur treats which have pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and virgin olive oil which also help maintain healthy skin and fur. As you can see Rex is very fluffy and we like to keep his fur super soft and looking glossy.

Another favourite of mine is the festive treats, every dogs needs some festive treats this time of year and these Bark the Herald treats are just what the dog ordered. I love the tins because they can be reused as can the pouches which is perfect for days out. These treats contain liver with sage and cranberry and a hint of organic coconut oil, cinnamon and cranberry infusions. Rex has really enjoyed these and I am going to save the rest for closer to Christmas.

Along with the Festive tin Rex was also sent a Little Box which is a new addition to The Dog Treat Company. This is a service that you can subscribe to or if you wanted to try just once you can. This is a great way of introducing the treats to your dog and having a couple to choose from. You can select the treats you would like and have two of the same or mix them up for your pets to enjoy. I think this is a great idea. Each box contains around 21 treats to keep your pups happy for a good few weeks. They also offer a larger box if you wanted to try four trays.

These Treats are a great way to help aid dogs training and are also perfect if you like to know what is in the treats you are giving your pooches.

We hope you liked this post. What treats do you have ?

Love Sarah and Rex
